AUTUMN looks like a deep hold in Hatha calling you to look more inward. Its retrospective yet still with powerful movement.
Expect: DEEP HATHA, LONG HOLDS
WINTER calls for all movement to become still. Here you find your restorative practice, the stillness to connect to the divine.
Expect: YIN, RESORATIVE, MEDITATION
